Hello mate, surely many people have a problem like this:


1) You forgot your email address , so you cant upgrade your account
2) You can upgrade your stellar account but no incoming email at inbox (Confirmation Code) at your email
3) Your account get banned , because of multiple account


Now you can resolved that's problem


What you need is only this :
1) Username + password launch stellar account
2) Patience because it can't fast, must wait 1-3 days.

1. Why someone should be represented by you before Stellar Foundation and give you his login and password?
2. What exactly do you do with this sensitive data?
3. Do you think that sending password via e-mail in plain text is safe?

It smells like a scam guys, I'm not sure yet if it is intentional or not but if you ask someone for his password then he should know what you do with it. Because you could be a scammer and pretend before Stellar Foundation that it is your data and then transfer all your lumens to your account.
